I’m a NJ based physician who runs a large clinical company that serves doctors in securing licensure and passing their final huddle of USMLE step exams. I have extensive experience helping students pass USMLE Step 3 after multiple attempts. Most students I worked with have seen a 20-30 point improvement on their NBME assessments after taking 6-10 tutoring sessions. I found that most students have enough knowledge to pass the exam, but face challenges when trying to apply this knowledge to the actual exam. So, I focus on teaching test-taking skills to help students capitalize on their medical knowledge. This has helped many students score high and/or pass Step 3 after a number of failed attempts. 

In regards to the structure of my sessions, I give feedback on how to think through questions, and when two choices remain, I will teach how to pick the correct one. So during the tutoring session, we will mostly be going over NBME questions. I will also guide what resources to use for the best results during preparation.
